At the essence of Jon’s work and Jon’s oversight is the ability to see deeply into human situations and recognize the roots of conflict and unresolved emotion. Jon is of the belief that most people are good, and that by working carefully with people, people can discover their true strength, authenticity and purpose. Each of us, has an inner champion inside, and if and when we work carefully and respectfully with that inner champion, we can define our interests much better, and learn to communicate those in constructive manners to other people. By understanding people and working to validate their genuine interests, both the amount of conflict as well as the velocity of said conflict can be greatly reduced in the world as a whole, and in individual cases in particular.
